Metal-Smithing Workshop
This two-day class will introduce students to a handful of basic metal-smithing techniques and materials. Working with copper and pewter, students learn to raise bowls, cast charms and pendants, acid etch and patina metal surfaces. Students will leave this class with at least two finished projects and several new skills that can easily be continued at home. Possible projects include functional objects such as bowls, books and frames. All levels welcome.
